Discover the new children’s playground at Westfield Donau Zentrum.

Climb, explore, try things out and experience a little bit of Vienna whilst you’re at it: our new indoor playground at Westfield Donau Zentrum offers children plenty of space to play and run about.

There’s plenty to recognise here: KaDZi, the Vienna Underground, the Danube and the Kahlenberg transform the play area into an imaginative little world that playfully reflects Westfield Donau Zentrum and its surroundings.

Small climbing structures, along with interactive play and walking elements, ensure there’s always something new to discover. And to make sure the grown-ups feel at home too, there are handy seating areas, shoe racks and dedicated pushchair parking spaces.

So, kick off your shoes and let the fun begin!

Right next to the Magic Tree on Level 0, between name it and BIPA, you’ll find our newly designed indoor play area, which can accommodate up to 25 children.

Important information

Please observe the Kids Area rules and opening hours.

Opening Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 am–8:00 pm

  • Saturday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm


Kids Area Rules

  • Use of the play area is only permitted during opening hours.

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the play area.

  • The play area is intended for children aged 0 to 10 years.

  • Parents are responsible for their children.

  • Use of the play area is at your own risk.

  • Climbing on furniture and playing or jumping on the seating is prohibited.

  • Leaving any kind of waste outside the bins provided is prohibited.

  • Open flames and breakable objects such as glass bottles and drinking glasses are prohibited.

  • Intentional damage and improper use will be prosecuted.

  • Any damage caused by vandalism must be reported immediately to the Westfield Donau Zentrum Management.

  • Activities other than those intended for the play area, as well as bringing or using dangerous play equipment, are not permitted.
