In this conversation, Jackie Eyewe and Jackie Davidson explore what it takes to transform artists into lasting cultural forces.

 

Drawing on their experience working alongside some of the industry's most influential talent, they will discuss the strategies, partnerships and creative decisions that help build enduring careers and meaningful cultural impact. Together, they will examine the role of personal branding, authenticity, collaboration, and audience connection in shaping artists who resonate far beyond music. Expect an insightful discussion on influence, longevity and the evolving relationship between music, fashion and culture.

About Jackie Eyewe: Jackie Eyewe is the founder of Makers Agency, an end-to-end creative marketing agency launched in 2024. With over a decade of experience across music, entertainment and culture. Jackie spent five years at Atlantic Records UK marketing domestic and international artists including Stormzy, Burna Boy, Rita Ora, Lizzo, Cardi B and more before becoming the founding Marketing Director of 0207 Def Jam, where she spent a further five years leading marketing across the label’s roster of artists.

In 2024, Jackie took that experience and launched Makers Agency, bringing together creative, strategy, marketing and execution under one roof. Her reputation and track record have enabled her to work with an iconic roster of talent and clients, including Stormzy, Jorja Smith, Capitol Records, Island EMI, 0207 Def Jam, among others. A recognised industry leader, Jackie serves on a number of influential music industry boards and brings a wealth of experience in talent development, creative partnerships and long-term career building.

About Lea Ogunlami: Lea Ogunlami is a presenter and director from London. She has worked for publications such as The Face and i-D magazine; interviewing celebrities on and off the red carpet. Lea launched RawGabbit in early 2025; a video series championing unusual interviews with rising icons in pop culture from around the world.
