When visiting Fisketorvet, you must always start your parking session in a payment app or at a payment machine upon arrival. This also applies if you are a member of Club Fisketorvet or are visiting VUE Cinema.

When you visit Fisketorvet, you always receive 1 hour of free parking on your first entry of the day. Remember to start your parking session in your preferred payment app or at a payment machine when you arrive.

If you are a member of Club Fisketorvet, you get 4 hours of free parking on your first entry of the day, when you have registered your license plate on your profile. If you are going to the cinema, you can receive up to 6 hours of free parking.

Please note that any remaining free parking time expires when you exit the car park. Free parking can be used again on your first entry after midnight.

You always get 1 hour free

Everyone visiting Fisketorvet gets 1 hour of free parking on their first entry per day. Remember to start your parking session in a payment app or at a payment machine when you arrive.

How to get 4 hours free

1. Log in or become a member of Club Fisketorvet here: Club Fisketorvet

2. Click on “My Account” in the tab at the top right corner

3. Click "My personal information"

4. Register your car's license plate

5. Start your parking session in a payment app or at a payment machine upon arrival.

(The above guide can only be performed in a web browser, not in the Fisketorvets app)

You can only register one license plate per profile. If you want to register multiple license plates, you must register as a member of Club Fisketorvet with a new account.

How to get 6 hours for free

When you buy a ticket at the cinema ticket machines or at our ticket office, you will be given the opportunity to enter your car's license plate. When you enter the license plate, you will automatically get 6 hours of free parking, which is valid for the day you bought the cinema ticket for. On your receipt you can see which day your parking is valid for. Please note that your 6 free hours only start when you drive into the Fisketorvet parking area.

Do you park for less or more than the free parking

You must always start your parking session in a payment app or at a payment machine when you arrive. This means that you need to start your parking session upon arrival, whether you intend to park for less or longer than the free parking period.

If you leave within the free parking period, your parking is free of charge, and your parking session will automatically end when you leave. You will only be charged if you park for longer than your free parking period.

Not sure how long you have been parked?

If you started your parking session at a payment machine, you can find the start time on the receipt sent to you.

If you started your parking session in a payment app, you can see the start time directly in the app.

You can start your parking session in two ways:

1. Payment app (EasyPark, ParkMan or the Gardian app)

2. Payment machine

Parking costs DKK 30 per commenced 30 minutes.

Start your parking session in a payment app

Open your preferred payment app, select area code 4396 and confirm that you are parking in the parking area you have entered. Then start your parking session.

The first hour is free on your first entry per day and will be registered as DKK 0. If you are a Club Fisketorvet member, the first 4 hours will be registered as DKK 0. The same applies to the first 6 hours once you have registered your licence plate at VUE Cinema.

If you have activated automatic start in your preferred payment app, your parking session will start and stop automatically.

Start your parking session with a payment card at a payment machine

To start your parking session at a payment machine:

1. Search for your licence plate

2. Use your payment card. You can also pay using a card on your mobile phone. Cash payments are not accepted.

3. You will automatically be charged for your parking when you leave. Any free parking time will be registered as DKK 0.

You can find our payment machines by the parking areas near entrances/exits D-E, H-G, F and C.

Would you rather pay when you have returned home? Then it is very easy on the Gardian website

- you enter your license plate number and complete the payment online no later than 48 hours after you have left Fisketorvet.

If the payment is not registered within 48 hours after leaving, a charge will be automatically sent to the registered owner of the car in e-Boks or by regular mail if you are exempt from receiving digital mail from the public sector. The charge consists of payment for used parking and an administration fee of 89 kr.

At Fisketorvet we love bicycles. That's why you have the opportunity to park your bicycle in our bicycle parking in dry weather close to the entrance. We have over 650 bicycle parking spaces. Most spaces can be found to the right of the main entrance. Here you will also find professional bicycle service for both large and small repairs. In addition, you can pump up your bicycle for free. If you contact the Information, you can also get a bicycle saddle cover - if you have registered as a free member.
