Get your chip forks out: Frittenwerk is bringing classic Canadian snacks and loads of street food ideas to your city. The menu is inspired by the streets of Québec and Canadian ‘poutine’. ‘Poutine’ literally means ‘mess’. Instead of a dollop of ketchup or mayo, the chips are topped with exciting toppings and sauces. It can get quite messy at times – and it’s a proper, filling meal.
