General information

We offer over 3,700 parking spaces available across two levels (-1, -2).

The car park entrances are located on the following streets:

  • Błońska / Jana Pawła II,

  • Pamiętajcie o Ogrodach,

  • Kłopot.

Parking on non-working days and overnight

On non-trading Sundays and public holidays, only the level -1 car park is open.

Between 2:00 am and 9:00 am, access to the level -1 car park may be restricted.

Free parking for up to 2 hours. This can be used multiple times a day, provided that at least 2 hours have elapsed between exiting and re-entering. After the initial 2 hours, the fee is 6 PLN/hour.

Subscription Parking subscriptions are available for our car park. For further details, please visit the Car Park Office (Level -2, entrance via Kłopot St) or contact us at: parkingarkadia@carpark.com.pl.

To get 1 additional free hour:

  • scan your Westfield Club card at the parking pay station or

  • add your vehicle registration number to your loyalty account.

Guests of the Cinema City cinema located in the centre can park free of charge for up to 4 hours. In this case, parking validation is carried out directly at the cinema.

Cameras recognise number plates on entry and exit; there is no need to take a ticket. If your stay has not exceeded the free limit, please proceed to the exit.
